This post is all about the new Disney villains show, “Villains: Unfairly Ever After” debuting on May 27, 2025 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Historically, it’s all princesses, cute characters, and heroes in the limelight. Well, that’s all about to change! Introducing a new show where the Disney villains get to steal the spotlight. Yes, something delightfully wicked is about to take the stage in this all-new live production.
The creative minds at Disney Live Entertainment will transform Sunset Showcase into the mysterious, reflective realm of the Magic Mirror. The show will feature appearances by dozens of the most infamous evildoers, with fiendish foes Cruella de Vil, Captain Hook and Maleficent each breaking through the glass to take the stage in live production numbers.
Villains Take the Stage
On stage, you’ll hear these Disney villains plead their cases regarding their “unfair treatment” and that maybe why we should cut them some slack. But we’ll need to come prepared to decide which Disney villain has been the MOST unfairly treated.
Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After will debut on May 27, 2025, in Hollywood Studios’ Sunset Showcase Theater. This venue is located between Rock ‘n’ Rollercoaster and The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.

Never ones to shy away from barging in unexpectedly, the Disney Villains’ appearance in this new show comes in addition to the future Villains-themed land announced for Magic Kingdom during D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event.
